The caldina 3sgte engine is a great engine. I was gonna buy it for $2900 to swap it in my 94 celica but i heard you will need the factory fuse box from the caldina and the battery connector because the engine will not take the oem mr2/celica fuse box. At least that's what i heard from a guy that had the caldina engine in his 93 celica gt. So now his car is just sitting at home. Every thing for is car is ready, he just need the oem caldina fuse box and the battery connector. But anyways, you got to think about where you gonna buy engine parts when the engine is broken. This is just advice. TRD2000 05-08-2005, 04:16 PM toyota sell the caldina gt4 here... nice car... still got the 3s-gte... so parts should be fine except that i wouldn't be able to just give them my VIN number for engine parts... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
