There is only one screw. In the handle cavity unscrew that pull it out. Roll the window down, you do not have to but I found it easyer. Get a Wide flat head screwdriver, Push it inbetween the metal of the door and carpeted piece on the bottom about right in the middle of the door. Pry it off the door. Do that all the way around the piece. But stop when it meet the window. On the sides and bottom of the interior piece there is pins the hold the interior to the door. But on the top where it meets the window it has hooks. Once you pry all the pins from the sides and bottom. Now careful. Push the interior piece up and it willl come free of the door. Some wire connect the piece to the door just unplug them and have fun. All the connectors for the wires are different to you will not mix them up.
