ABS & Brake (pressure)

I replaced my Master Cylinder and my ABS Motor Pack. I have reconneted all the brake lines, and electronic leads that goes to it. I have bleed my brake lines, all 4 calipers, and the master cylinder several times. My ANTI-LOCK light & my BRAKE light is on, and i have nearly no brake pressure. The pedal goes to the floor. Does anyone have any ideas....Possibly a open dump valve..? if so how do i go about looking for these problems, and better yet, how do i go about fixing them...?

How is/is there was to convert an abs system to non abs>? The abs master cylinder i have only supports 2 direct connections witht the brake lines.

Just a thought, could it possible be the power brake booster?
