is there a way to make your own vinyl graphics or is it easier to buy them i mean small graphics not the ones that take over the car

You could go buy a bunch of vinyl sheets from a craft store and cut them with scissors, but to make a large design you'd have to match them up side by side and it would look hack-jobbed. Just go to www.vinylmayhem.com or something, it's not that expensive.

or you can just buy your own plotter and plot your own shit you can even plot it for others and sell it shits mad easy i do it all the time in school and good plotter will cost like 500 bucks and the rolls of vinyl cost like 60 bucks for 4 year shit then like 200 for 8+ year shit its crazy whjat you can do the possibilities are endless
