Hey guys i am looking into buying a 3rd gen integra. I really want a GSR but dont kno if that will happen cause they are hard to find and higher price. So i had a few questions for if i got a ls and swapped in a GSR head for VTEC:

1.With the GSR head will my car basically have the same specs as a stock GSR?ABout 170hp(at the crank of course)

2. I hear that swapping the head wont be as reliable as just getting a GSR.I know obviously a normal engine is gonna be more reliable than a hybrid but is it that much of a difference? Like is it more worth it to juss keep looking for a GSR because here will be a lot of problems(Im on a tight budget so lots of problems=badddd)

3. Is it tough to find GSR heads? How much am i looking at paying for one and having it installed in a shop?

4. This question isnt really just about the swap but VTEC in general.I kno that VTEC kicks in at a certain rpm but does it kick in at that rpm in all gears?Like could i get the VTEC to kick in 1st gear? I kno this is prolly a dumb question but im curious

Thanks in advance
