my very first commissioned drawing was an H1, ill post it later, i may try the cartoon too, but ill have to color it by hand, i dont have photoshop. BTW, that H2 is pretty slick, the only thing that jumps out at me though, is that little intake thing in the hood, above the grill, it seems a little crooked, thats my two cents.

i sold it to a kid at school, and u can only charge what theyre willing to pay...and not many kids are willing to part with more than that for a drawing...

its a bit grainy but that may just be the jpeg...try using the gradiant and airbrush tools more.

Hi... This is my first time trying anything like this, and i dont have photoshop, so i did this one in paintshop pro from Jasc Software. im still not too familiar with that program either, but i gave it a shot any ways. So here's my go at it. its not done yet, and i put a couple hours into it, but ill try and finish it up some time soon. the only thing im havin some serious issues with is the head lights. they look like crap. not sure what to do about those.

The picture came out kind of grainy, because of the jpeg compression, and i still havent airbrushed out some of the white spots on the lines. Hope you like it.

thanx a lot KARTOONZ... sry but i changed the look of the front bumber using shading. I hope that's aight. I need some work on the doors too. They came out kind of sloppy. Ill fix them up whenever i get the time.

well... in the meantime, i made a few changes, i decided that i might redo the doors, so i painted over them. I hope this is ok Kartoons. I didnt make too many changes. Some of the changes include the exhaust. I tried to give it a chrome look, but it didnt come out too well. Other than that, i jus cleaned it up a little bit, and im about to fix the doors.

hey kartoonz, you should do another contest like this with another drawing you have. only put it in the graphics section because every1 who did this did it in photo shop(or something of that nature). i think that it was a cool idea for a contest(reminded me of when i was a kid coloring in between the lines :iceslolan

yes i airbrushed the whole thing... u probably already kno this, but before u start to airbrush something, think of where you want the light to come from :smile: it helps a lot

Hey thanks for the tip ghetto702azn. I tried to keep the shading and stuff to a minimum for now because this is the first time ive donet this. Your airbrush skills are really good. Im gonna have to do something better to mine now... :biggrin: . Thanks for posting the pic. I really need to spend some time on mine, but ive been busy... school, tennis, hw.... blah blah blah. No time for computers.

actually this is my first time air brushing, but i do know how to use photoshop pretty well, and i draw a lot, so i know a certain amount about lighting... this should have been posted in the graphic manipulation section, im sure i know of a couple people that can do way better than me

I love it bud . I really like the aluminum look . Dont see that very often , peps usually like to do everything chrome, nice to see for a change
