2001 intrigue wind noise

I just bought a 2001 intrigue with 30,000 miles on it.When I drive above 45 mph ,the wind noise sounds like I have my blower/defroster on full.Any thoughts or suggestions?? I'm having the dealer check it this week.The windshield appears to have been replaced,thanks in advance :screwy:

I had it to the dealer and they calked some sealant around the bottom of the windshield. That fixed it.I'm sure the windshield was replaced upon inspection. :iceslolan

Speaking of wind noise, and unrelated to your dash wind noise (glad you soved the problem), I noticed that with the rear windows down and going between 40-45 mph, the wind makes this loud and reverberating sound in the cab. The first time I noticed this was while test-driving my car with the dealer no less (to see the look on his face again...). I have since reproduced this a number of times, but because it is rare for me to drive with the windows down, it is not something I worry about. :2cents: I think it is caused more by the exterior shape of the car than by the fit/seal of the windows, doors or insulation. Anyone else notice this effect?

I've notice that effect. The faster I go the loader it gets and the more it hurts my ears.
On a different note:
Does your accel. pedal stick? I push down on mine and it seems like I literally need a lead foot. Then when it budges, it like whiplash. Let me know please. Thanks!

Start by checking your floormat. It sounds stupid but I have noticed the other effect where the thing gets bunch up under thegas pedal and the car doesn;t want to go.
