i went into my local electronics boutique to reserve a copy of halo 2 Resident evil outbreak, and Gran turismo 4. according to the guy at EB Halo has been pushed back from 4/4/04 to 9/4/04. that's shitty, i went and got xbox live just for that and now it's been pushed back. i wouldnt be surprised if it got pushed back to nov 15. that's when the original Halo came out...3 damn years ago

Every game gets pushed back now. I was dissappointed by Halo2, but I think I am gonna play DRIV3R all summer til HALO2 comes out. If you want something to take up your time. Check out this game at DRIV3R.com

Halo2, Doom3, and HL 2 are all listed a "2004 release" with no date other than that.... WTF? Do these companies not like making money?

Halo 2 was initially dated as 4/4/04
GT4 was january something 04.

It's gotta be a maketing ploy to build anticipation but for those of us who are already anticipating it it's becoming a real nuisance,

actually just in case u wanted to know, there never was a halo 2 release date. they said they would just release it when its ready. a lot of people THOUGHT that would be in april sometime, but we never really had any info from bungie.

I don't even really care about the release dates for these games anymore. They don't mean much to begin with. As long as I get the games I want as soon as they come out, I'm okay. That's why I went ahead and pre-ordered DRIV3R, so I can have it as soon as possible.

The official release date for Halo 2 is November 9th.
