Just helped a friend re-install heads on a 85 Blazer with the 2.8l V6, and we got everything back together fine, all the smog crap in place, but it idles rough.

I am wondering what specifics anyone acn suggest to help smooth that out? Also, the book that he has for it says you have to unplug plug B, and jump two wires? What is this about?

Please forgive my ignorance, I'm not a mechanic, just trying to help a guy out any way I can.

And, I did search, but didn't find anything relevant.
