My 302 is very close to what you are asking. There are a few variables, but the 302 should put out 425hp, while the 351 should be about 450ish. It all depends on where you need your power at. The 351 will have it come on a lot sooner, so it better for the 1/4mile, while the 302 will have to rev a little higher to get it, so its better adapted for road racing. There is a lot more to it, but to answer your question, the 351 should put out a little more hp, but a lot more torque.

With the 302 stock and the other suff out the box stock it will produce around 305 RWHP without the A trim. I have a 347 with AFR hds, holley intake and an X cam, it made 353 RWHP /368TQ, naturally aspired.. BTW my other 91 is making 305 RWHP with Trick flow hds, GT-40, E-303:)
