Hi,
Our car has the following problem: The airco isn't working. There's air blowing through the car allright, but... it's hot (well, probabely just the outside air, it doesn't seem to be heated).
Could that be the fuse that's broken? Or rather a more complicated problem? And if so, can someone please explain that to me??
That would be a great help, I'm so afraid of going through floridian summer with this car...
Thanks for helping me out.

What year car is it? It is probabally just the freon that needs recharged. depending on what year the car is, depends on what freon it uses.

It's a 1995 Buick Century...
And this freon, would it cost me a lot to recharge? Can I do it myself? And where is it located?
Thanks.

If you have the approate gauges and know your way around an A/C sysetem. 1995 is when they switched to r-134a i think. If that is the case it should not be too expensive.

Okay, it's definately not something I can do myself, so it seems... 'not expensive', what do you mean by that?

If your A/C sysem can hold a vacume then it should cost anywhere between 50 to 80 bucks. For a charge and labor. At least that is what it is running for around here.
