G-20 will not come out of park when started??

In order to go anywhere I have to turn the key half way, put it in neutral and then start it. I was told there is a fuse or module in the steering column that needs to be replaced. Can someone verify this or give me some possible options??? Thanks..... One the newer cars you have to have your foot on the brake pedal to shift out of park when running, if it wont do that try checking the interlock out. DSSDOG 03-02-2004, 01:54 AM Eh Sounds stupid but check the Rear Brake light Bulb...
