88 Accord mastercyl.carguyinok 02-08-2004, 11:49 PM Is there anyway to bleed the mastercyl. I am working on a car that has been sitting for a few years with a dry master cyl. I just did new pads up front then drums in the rear. I have done a full bleed all the way around like six times now. Bleeding with a clear tube holding it above the bleeder with one end on the bleeder. The other end in a jar of fluid. I was getting air on the rear and pass side front. The driverside front is being a pain. Very little fluid moving and I can hear air in the master cyl. If anyone knows please help. I want this car done :sly: pendiuu 02-09-2004, 09:39 PM hey just buy a master cylinder at a junkyard...probably you will spend 30 dollars...replace the one off your car and see what happens...i had the same problem once and it work...the air that your are listening is a leak on your cylinder..probably the seal....good luck vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
