is it illegal to shave door handles?
i know in most countries it is, because if you crash the paramedics/firefighters have to be able to open the door easily in the case of an emergency.
but where are the door handles on a Ferrari 355, or testarossa?

especially in the modified car culture, its nice to have shaved handles as it smooths down the whole appearance of the car.

Yeah, I'm really in the dark on shaving door handles, but I was looking at this Civic with shaved door handles the other day, and when I realized what I was looking at, I was stuck thinking "how in the Hell do you open the door?" Or are they just Dukes of Hazzard style after shaving :confused:

If you have shaved door handles, most people use a solinoid(sp) to pop open the door when they press a button on a key fob, say the alarm fob. Or if they can't afford that, they may have to climb through the back of the car to open the door from inside:p

I know in the US that shaved door handles are legal
