I have a Olds Cutlass Supreme 94 with a 3.4L DOHC 24V and i found in a wrecked car a 3.1L Intercooled Turbo Grand Prix, and i need to know if i can install the turbo in my Cutlass Supreme, and what i need to do? I need all the hardware from the GP Turbo, like Intake, headers, etc?. Im really interested in this mod... thanx...

Well if it can be done yes, you would need the headers(a.k.a where the turbo is going to be installed to get power from) and the intake.
BUt to be honest with you, thinking about the 3.4DOHC(I got a Z-34) it is high compresion(Not good for turbos), the plenum and intake are quite different from the 3.1. Remember the 3.1 is OHV and the heads layout is different, so I can assume the layout for intake on both engines are quite different. The 3.4DOHC ECU(PCM) does not have knowledge on how to regulate the engine under boost(and you can not bring the 3.1 turbo PCM over), the fuel pump on the turbo car is significantly bigger(in the sense that pumps more gas than the 3.4Dohc), the injectors are different(remember that you need more gas to burn the added air that is coming into the combustion chamber). In general the intake on both cars is signgicantly different based on the fact that a SC or TurboCharged engine required more gas than a N?A engine(intake both on air and fuel). And the PCMs must know that they are working with a TC or SC engine to properly adjust car timing, kr among other things
