they cost me $699 for the purchase of Adobe Photoshop 7.0

thankfully, no company in their right mind makes these, or altezza lights

the mark 8 engine will fit, but i believe it will require modifications.

'sounding good' is nothing more than a personal preference. for you, clear taillights on a tbird look good. i haven't a clue how you'll like straight pipes on a bird.

How much does it cost. Also if I go with straight pipes will that cause any problems with pressure?

Flowmaster sells a complete system (mufflers, hangers/clamps, pipes etc) for $379. Oh yeah, if you want 'different' tail lights, 89 Super Coupe tail lights are a direct bolt on for 94 Thunderbirds. (dont know what yr bird you got, but thats what i plan on doing some times)

89 taillights are NOT a direct bolt on for 94. 89-91 taillights were a different design. all 89-91 taillights are interchangeable, and all 92-97 are interchangeable.

TM - Borla is great, but will cost you much $$$ (the side pipe setup on tbirds is sweet, but sadly discontinued). Your best bet is to go with Flowmaster, either the Force II or American Thunder exhaust kits. The F2 kit is nice, but the tone is not as aggressive at high speeds as the AT kit.

Regarding rear lights, check www.GTStyling.com, they have carbon fiber, smoke, and black out front/rear light kits. They stick on easily with 3M auto-tape to outside of light housing. I have the black-outs on my black 94 tbird and love them. If your looking for clear/euro lights look, no one makes them... yet. I met a guy at a meet who converted the euro tails of a similar year Integra on his bird, but it cost much more time/money than it was worth and didn't look as clean.

you mean someone actually did that shit? i made a photoshop of it a year or two ago to show people how hideous altezzas would look for tbirds. i used S10 corner markers and integra trunk lenses.. didn't think anyone was stupid enough to try it.

How do you find out if the covers for the lights are legal in an area. I live in Bainbridge GA

Umm, that is all regulated by local city/county ordinance. You'd have to look up any local automotive laws yourself because it depends on your regional location.

8ate8: yeah, well, I think CA is a bit more "rice friendly" than NJ, lol. the problem with the guys set up was that the integra lights have an ever so slight taper to it that doesn't match up to the TB. The ugly-ness was in trying to fill-in the subtle gap missing; and the car was dark blue so the lights stood out alone with no fronts to match.

I'm actually working with a friend to develop a seriers of euro/altezza carbon fiber fronts/tails for the 89-97 TB. I'm still in the design phase though, so it'll be some time before anything materializes.

please don't. for the love of all things sacred to the thunderbird, don't make altezzas for the tbird. i bought this car because it ain't no fucking civic.

thunderbird muscle

Hey that's what's so great about the t-bird variety. every civic you see is the same but t-birds are almost always different. But if they want clears let em have em I'd like to see what they look like. Keep working on it RavenProject (to each his own)
