The Powerstroke concept was introudced back in 1998 to showcase the upgraded Navistar V8 diesel engine. The truck is a modified F150 body, since the SuperDuty trucks had not been unveiled at this point.

As shown in that picture, no, they're not going to produce it. It is an old concept of the current F-Series...you can see the cab and the overall front is that of the current pickups. The concept is wearing a massive body kit, but it's hiding the F150. I don't know of any company that produces this kit.
