heater fan won't turn off!!

Hi, I have a 1993 Buick Century 3.3L. Lately my heater fan won't shut off when I turn the engine off. If by chance it does shut off when I turn the key off, it comes back on when I get out of the car and shut the door. Obviously, there is some sort of short somewhere. I have checked all the fuses and they are all good. The only way I have been turning it off is to pull the plug on the passenger side firewall to the blower motor. When it is plugged in and blowing the switch inside the car that would normally turn it on and off doesn't work. It only blows at one speed, and driving down the road it turns off and on by itself usually when I hit a bump in the road. I know I could put it on a toggle switch for a temporary fix but I really would like to fix it the right way. Does any one have electrical schematics for the heating/ AC system? I need to know the locations of all wiring. Anyone elses car ever done this? I'm not an automotive genius. but with the right advice and diagrams i think i could trace this problem down and fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
