you do have a spring it is a fiberglass monoleaf spring. you can have that replaced or you can get a rear spring support kit made for what you are complaning about!

Thanx I knew about the monoleaf but I just don't trust a
big chunk of fiberglass as I would call it I am looking for something like a coil spring setup I can add to it, is that the support kit you talk of and where can I get it and how muchwill it cost. Thanks again.

check a NAPA store they may have a air "shock " strut for the rear.

or put another sub under the hood.

Or, go to www.fastfwdperformance.com/
They have coilover conversions on there... But they're not exactly cheap.

Wish I had seen those a couple years ago. But sadly the Z34 will be going up for sale in a couple months
