I have an 89 Ford T-Bird. Last weekend, my alternator died along with the battery. When I was givin it a boost once to get the car checked out, the power to the computerized dash and the radio was lost. I have a new alternator and battery now, but the computered dash and radio still doesnt work.... my dad tried to see if there was any fuses blown, but he doesnt know if their bad, or which ones, or if that's the problem...

if anyone has any info or some help.... let me know...

Coud be fuses or a relay.

If you dont already have one go out and pick up a chiltons guide for your car, they can save you alot of trouble, they also tell you who to check fuses and relays, which is what it sounds like your problem is.

Mine did the same after some idiot cut my radio wires. My problem was a fuse, and there is a fuse guide in the owners manual (on newer cars). Tell your dad that if he doesn't know how to tell if the fuses are blown, that there is a wire going across the fuse as if it were connected the two, and if that is broken in half, the fuse is blown. Not a hard task. The fuse took out my radio, clock, and cruise control (dont know how that was connected..)
