93 Headlights...check It Out!!

I gotta 93 bird with some foggy headlights. I can't figure out how to get them out. My dad thinks thats I need some special tools, does anyone have any ideas?

on TCCOA.com they have a section that covers repairs. In that section there are instructions that detail the remedy.
