I have a big prob my spyder is over heating. i just got it out of the shop after two long months. i replaced engine tranny radiator hoses sensors battery cold air intake throttle body hose almost everything and yesterday it was finially ready drove it home and it was heating up to 230 degree what can i do or what could it be anyone have a answer. the overheating was the down fall before

i had this problem when i got my car back for about 20min. mechanic found that it was the thermostat. it was stuck shut. i'm not sure if you have a new one or not but it could be your problem...they're cheap to replace and isn't too hard.

ya it's also new just like the water pump and oil pump and some other little things this has me amazed

i had that problem and found out my overflow bottle was missing [i have no idea how, but i poped the hood and it was just gone], not that something that oblivious would be your problem... but let me get this right, you replaced almost everything under the hood [engine, radiator, tranny, etc.]? mabey a bad sensor?

ya everything but i did get it back to the shop and appears that they put in wrong or used a bad gasket on the water pump this wasn't so clear the other night due to the fact there was no water left in the radiator so i saw no leak hopfully this car will be finish by tomorrow thanks guys
