When I accellerate there is a little bit of a shudder, just 2 little shakes. Also there is a single clunk noise that comes from the back. The more obvious problem is when I go to slow down it feels like the rear end is tugging and it makes a deep noise, not grinding... its hard to explain. It affects my rpms, but my oil pressure does not change. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

shudder may be plug wires, maybe the fuel filter.

Your rear end stuff sounds like your rear diffy has some problems or maybe is low on oil.

Try checking the Carrier Bearing which is located on the driveshaft. Mine shuddered when I took off, then would be fine when I got up to speed. U will have to pull the driveshaft, and the 2 bolts holding the carrier bearing bracket on. Check to see if you can feel or hear a grinding in the bearing.

the carrier bearing is the correct fix for this, it is pretty common if you have ever towed anything with this vehicle. also they are dealer only items.
