I have seen a couple threads on this but havent found any ideas on what to do. It is a '96, all of the lights (abs,seat belt,theft system,e brake ect.) all come on and blink on and off along with the daytime running lights. It seems to be worse whenever I shift and sometimes when I brake. Also the stereo seems to be effected. If anyone has had a problem like this or has any ideas on what to do I would appreciate it.

I had the same problem... Exactly the same... What I found was the pan that the battery sits in was severly corroded. This is also the same spot that the body/engine/battery ground connects to. The ground was corroded off. I connected a new ground from the engine to the body at the front of the car..... problem solved! Hope you get lucky too.
