No air from heater/ac [93 Century]

I have a 1993 Century, and today the heat and and A/C stopped working completely. When I turn it on, I get sort of a wheezing sound, sort of like compressed air being slowly released. When I turn it all off, I hear a quiet squeak come from the defrost vents at the windshield, on top of the dash. No air comes out at all, I can't even feel warm air creeping out of the vents, so i think it's more than just the fan.
Unfortunately, I live in Alberta, known for it's bitterly cold winters, and our recent streak of warm weather just died on us, and it's starting to get pretty cold. I need help with this ASAP!!!
Thanks, in advance!
P.S. I checked the fuse for it, and it's fine. I replaced it anyways, but still, no go.
