Alright..... i have all new door and 6x9 speakers in my car now....
I also have 2 12" subs, 500 watts each sub and a 1000 watt amp.
i dunnno whats the problem is ....when i turn on my car and then turn my music up... there is this eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee niose that always comes up.... i pause the music and the eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee is still there.... the funny part is this.... when i start driving and hit the gas pedal.... the noise gets louder and louder and when i let go of the gas pedal the noise gets lower....

i dunnno if i need to get some shielded audio RCA Cables...from my Cd player to my Amp....or...........WHAT.....

When my car is OFF the music playes no problems.....

there is a problem with your electrical system, such as bad coil, or your RCA cables are to close to your "HOT" wire. Re-locate your RCA cables running to your amp and if that does not solve the problem, try numerous electrical changes... this is only what I have heard... Good Luck.

The whining sound could be that your amps are not grounded properly. Check your grounds.

If the ground is not right......

The thickness of the ground wire matters?
1000 watt amp...

and where is the best place to put a ground cbale from an amp...?
