Once my Neon reaches normal operating temperature, the radiator fan goes on and off in approximately 5-second intervals. Is this normal? It seems like a longer duration would be normal. It's annoying because the belts are all so loud. How long should the fan typically run before shutting off, then going back on again? It does the same thing at highway speed, even at cooler outdoor temperatures. Any thoughts...?
