Okay, normally my 1993 ZJ 5.2L runs at one needles width above the line on the temp guage *below the 210 line*.

When I use my AC and am sitting in traffic, or pulling a hill, the temp needle goes up to anywhere from one needles width below the 210f line, or dead center at 210f. When Im cruising on the highway at about 55mph +, with the AC on, it sits like it does normal at one needles width above the line before the 210 line on the temp guage.

Ive replaced the radiator, thermostat, radiator cap (twice, because the OE radiator cap was crap and wouldnt make a seal).

This temp seems a bit high to me, is this normal for these vehicles?

What temp. thermostat did you install? If it is like a 190º, then 210º seems about right to me.

I got the thermostat from the dealer and I believe he said it was either 190 or 195, and I asked about getting a thermostat in the 180 to 185 range and he said that DC doesnt make one, and that I'd probably have to get one aftermarket.
