replace fuel filter

can anyone please give me a quick step by step instructions on replacing a fuel filter on a 1993 thunderbird,

It's located under the car on the passengers side (under the pass seat). You will need to get a tool to remove the clip than holds the fuel lines on the filter.

Other than that its pretty straight forward.

Just watch out for gas spray when you remove the lines.

bah, don't listen to mike ;). the fuel just drips out when you take off the filter

A little hint...

Removing the gas cap before replacing the filter will release pressure from the tank and reduce the fuel spray when removing the filter. Some will still come out, but on your hands... not in your eyes... maybe... unless you're lying right underneath it.
