removal of steering column?

I'm trying to run a new wire for my horn. I need to get this wire to the steering wheel, but i can't figure out how to remove the column to run the wire. Do you need special GM tools? and does anyone have a diagram or link to one, for removal of the column?

You Need To Remove The Steering Wheel With A Puller. After You Get That Out Of Th Way It Shouldnt Be That Hard To Do. What Year Is It?

when i replaced my horn i just neded to hook the wiring, under the hood, from the old horn to the new.. i didnt even take the old one out.. mounted the new one somewhere else..

oh and to remove a steering colum.. rear end saturn.. worked for me, ripped right out of the axle.. lol in my old truck

it is a 1991 s10 blazer.. i found out that you need a lock plate remover.. so im going to get one.. its only like $15, or you can borrow one from auto zone. and unfortunatly 97blazerct my current wire is bad, so i need to run a new one to the horn.
