keyless entry programmingtombstone1880 01-07-2004, 12:04 AM I could use some help on the programming of my 1993 town car keyless entry remote fob, would it also be the same for a 95 town car Rob Towncar 01-09-2004, 01:04 AM Have you tried the '94 ~ '97 Procedure ? Lincoln Remote Programming Procedure Enter 5-digit permanent entry code into the keyless entry keypad. Within 5 seconds of pressing last button of code, press the 1/2 button. All doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming mode. Press any button on 1st transmitter within 5 seconds of pressing the 1/2 button. Locks [may] cycle to indicate successful programming. Press any button on 2nd transmitter (up to 4 transmitters total possible) within 5 seconds of previous transmitter (if keypad light goes out before all transmitters are programmed, the process must be repeated). Press the 7/8 and 9/0 buttons simultaneously on keypad to exit program mode. MasterJenkins 02-18-2004, 10:55 AM Howdy, I have an 85 town car, and I was wondering if there was a way through programming to disable the keyless entry all together? Otherwise I'm going to just pull the wiring on it. It's a little unsafe right now for my area.. this type of car likes to be stolen. Also, unplugging the entry system will most likely disable, or confuse your factory security system as well.
