Greddy EVO on a P11 anyone?G20Rob3 12-22-2001, 07:33 PM I'm having the Greddy Evo cat-back installed soon on my '99 P11. The shop I am working with has installed many of them, but none on a G20. I am curious to know, if anyone out there has a '99 or above with an EVO installed on it. I am wondering if the tip of the exhaust sticks out at all from the rear bumper? Knowing Greddy, I assume the length will be perfect, and not stick out from under the car at all. I don't want to pay a bundle for a nice cat-back exhaust, only to have it sticking out from my car two to four inches becuase it's too long. That would really suck...Any pictures would be a big plus (then I could see what it looks like on a '99+). Thanks! b-b00gie 12-22-2001, 08:04 PM If only I could find my USB cable for my digicam... :( Anyhow... the fit is perfect! :) RCer 12-23-2001, 09:11 PM There are lots of pics of Luke's P11 here and some of them with the Greedy evo. Look on the older threads and you will find them. 2002G20Racer 12-23-2001, 09:15 PM My friend has one on his 2k2 G20 and it looks great. Dont bother spending your moeny on any other exhaust because your going to want a Greddy when you see one. G20Rob3 12-25-2001, 12:02 AM Hey boogie, how is the tone of the exhaust? Is it a low powerful rumble or a rice burning high pitched annoyance? I assume it isn't the latter, but I've not heard that particular cat-back on a vehicle before (I hope to have my EVO installed in the next few weeks)...Thanks! b-b00gie 12-25-2001, 02:36 AM You wont even hear it until around 3000 rpms, and even then its a very low rumble. The EVO series is a large muffler which offers very good sound supression. Believe me it doesnt sound ricey like those 5Zigen Fireball style "can" mufflers that go "braaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat" b-b00gie 12-25-2001, 02:38 AM Oh and I'd also like to add that its got the most god damn sexy sounding down shift tone ever. Such a sweet purr!! :D vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
