Here's the deal Just did a cam and Head swap and now the car won't even try to turn over. The starter is new i Just bought it today and when I try to jump from pos batt to switch there is no arc and i get no reaction. Its a remanufactured starter but still. I replaced the PCM ( had 1 extra ) and still no go. The Batt has good Voltage and the starter is reciving it and the switch gets a ful 12 when the ignition is in run but It don't make any noise!!. Im so lost guys I need some Help!

this may sound stupid but.... i would take off the starter and just try to put it back on...
also get the voltage right at the starter while some turns the ignition.

starters already out ne ideas why its not arcing from s terminal to pos batt???? oh checked teh ASD relay and the fuses

well I can get it to turn but still ain't firing??? got gas and spark. But It turns over slowly. Even jumped. I'm wondering if its a discharged bat.
