Wireless Headphones

Hi,

I apologize if this question has been asked before, but are there any aftermarket wireless headphones that are compatable with the Montanavision entertainment system in my 2001 Montana? It only came with 2 units but I have 3 kids and this is starting to cause major problems. The dealership price for another one is very high, there has to be another alternative.

Thanks for your help.

There is a pair for sale on Ebay right now.

Good luck.

Hi Walter,

I have been looking at the ones on Ebay, but they will not work in the Montana, the ones on Ebay are for the Suburban, and Tahoe. They are a different part number, GM has made sure the Montana/Venture ones are different and cost way more. I think the minivan ones are a different frequency and are 2 channel. I did however find them on gmpartsdirect.com for $85 each which is way better than the $180.00 each the dealer wanted.

Hi Mario,

Glad you found them.

I have checked on several different items thru GMdirect and other GM online parts distributors, and have found things cheaper than you can get them on Ebay, I also think that some people on Ebay get carried away, and overstate the applications.

Good luck

I just purchased a 2000 Montana with the Montanavision installed (VCR). There are no wireless headsets. Does anyone know if the 2000 models came with wireless headsets? Also, would anyone happen to know the part number and where I could purchase these?

Thanks,
Ryan

I looked at gmpartsdirect and couldn't find any headphones. I can't seem to find them anywhere. *sigh*
