I have a 93 5.2 v8 GC. It has been operating good. I will get in the car and drive to work. After work I will go to start it and it will start for 2-3 seconds and immediately die. I will try again, and the same occurs. It happened once before and I went to get a ride and attempted to start again. I started fine and i have not had trouble for 4 months, Until now....

Sounds like a bad crankshaft position sensor my friend.
