Hello all....I'm brand new to this so bare with me.

I have a 95 JGCV6 and my main problem is that my car wants to stall but it doesn't. I just replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, dist cap and rotor and recently got some carb cleaner and clean where the throttle body. I would be driving great at 60mph and then when I get to a light and put my foot on the brake the rpm would go down to zero and then it would jump back up but the engine doesn't die. I think it's an electrical problem and can you reset a car computer by just disconnecting the battery. Can it also be the TPS sensor? Can anyone help? Thanks a bunch!

sounds like bad IAC motor(idle air) sits on throttle body.

try cleaning the IAC valve...It is the black plastic attachment on the throttle body closest to the valve cover. There is a wire harness plugged into it. It requires a torx 20 (pretty sure) screw driver to remove it. Just be careful not to tear the rubber O-ring when taking it out. Just use a little TB cleaner and wipe it of with a rag. If this doesnt work, you might need a new one.
