As u can see, i tried removing it by using a flathead and pry it out. But since the inner diameter of the seal is close to crank diameter, I had a hard time getting my flathead between the seal and the crank to pry it out. If I do, wouldn't that scratch the crank? Help plz. I need tips and techniques
