I have a 2001 Durange that has a problem with the direction that heat/ac blows out of the vents. If the heat is set to blow out the defroster, it blows out the floor. If it's set to blow out the floor, it blows out the dash. The dealer has replaced the AC/Heater Control Head and the Door Actuator 3 times but it continues to have the same problem. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Thanks for the help!

You’re lucky. You can get heat from the floor vents. I can’t. But they only replaced the control head and door assembly once in my 2001 Durango. It's going in for another head soon. Here is a link to another site that may have more information for you. Good Luck.
