I have 99 Civic shell. I have a 94 civic si engine. Can anyone help me? I am located in the bay area. Any added info that any of you out of towners can help me with is much appreciated.

I don't have a stock harness for the D16. I have an obd 2 harness from an ex engine. I do have an obd2 to obd1 converter but with a past experience the converter did not work as well as I thought it should. I only need help with the wiring or someone who know wiring.
