Will it rub?

I have a 2001 GMC Z71 the stock tires are 265/75/16 they need to be replaced badly anyway im going for a 15x10 rim and a 35/12.50/15 tire, my questions is will it rub will at stock Z71 hieght? i dont know how long it will be untill i get the lift, possible not until the summer, will they be ok?

I have an '01 Sierra w/ a 6" RCD lift...I put LT305's and I had to cut the plastic fender...so more than likely with that big of a tire it will rub!
