If you got the scratch for a new ride go dodge srt-4. Can't beat it for the bang to buck ratio. Plus, mopar has a bunch of upgrades. supposedly they are going to have a stage 2 kit that will get the sucker up to 3oohp. If you want a easy build up car go with a basic honda civic hatch or crx. They are light and every garage on every corner can do a engine swap for you. Lots of parts available. If you want a challenge and a car with so soul find a clean A1 Gti and dump a 2.0 in it with a turbo. Then have some fun when you smoke some of the kids out there. Alot of them don't know what a rabbit is. Plus, the girls think they are super cute....I don't understand why. It would be cool driving around in something different from everyone else and you would be driving the grad daddy that started it all. Kind of like having an old muscle car.
