what colour is the tach signal wire for 98 honda dx? Dont want to get the wrong wire im sure you understand.

There's a blue wire under the hood near the firewall, on the driver's side. It plugs into a little plastic connector (which then connects to nothing), so just pull it out of there and connect it to the signal wire for the tach.
