Wheres the drain valve on radiator?

I can't seem to find the radiator drain valve so I am hoping one of you could tell me where to find it.

if you cant find it just take off the lower hose

On the bottom of the radiator, in the middle there is a spot to stick a phillips screw driver in and remove the screw. It is a black plastic screw about 3/4" wide.
