I have completed my motor swap. Honda crx hf 91 with a 88-91 jdm b16a. The problem that i am having now is getting it to pass smog emissions . And the car tends to want to speed up while cruzing at a stedy speed. Dont no why. Any idea or solutions.

If you dont pass, just ask if they'll pass you under the table ;)
