Funny squeakCBackus2001 11-30-2003, 02:17 PM I've got a question about a noise that I hear coming from my car. I know its hard to diagnos the problem without hearing it, but maybe you could offer some clues as to what it might be. I just want to know if I should have it checked out or can ignore it. When the car is moving at a very slow speed, in either direction, it emits a squeaking sound. It sounds like something needs to be lubricated. The noise is present independent of whether the transmission is engaged. It stops as soon as the car is no longer creaping and cant be heard at normal driving speeds. Anybody have any idea what it might be. Any sugestions are appreciated. Thanks mechy1barry 11-30-2003, 02:56 PM more likely to be a binding brake, have someone walk alongside to pin point area. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
