Must be scary especially how there isn't much car. How much does a cart like yours cost? alfred simdel1 11-30-2003, 08:34 AM Hey Simdel1, Wow that is fast. Must be scary especially how there isn't much car. How much does a cart like yours cost? alfred it probably should be scary, but im concentrating so hard on my next braking point that i dont have time to worry. Besides, the safety is very good ...its amazing how much force those plastic pods can absorb. my kart cost me £2000 when it was about 12 months old. it had a spare engine though and a load of other bits (like 5 carbs, 4 sets of wheels and a tachometer). The class i race in has a set price for new chassis and engines. i think its about £1200 for the chassis and £800 for the engine. simdel1 11-30-2003, 08:37 AM yes that is fast and also dangerous expecially since those carts are open wheeled. yea, iv seen ( and experienced) a few wheel over wheel incidents. the bumpers do a good job though at reducing the chance of an accident like that MALIX 12-03-2003, 09:28 AM jordanmc2399 12-04-2003, 03:23 PM cool, where is it that u are in ur pic? is that the ocean?
