In 2002, rumors ran wild that Toyota would issue a new model of an old classic - the 2003 Toyota Supra. This car has been a cult hit since Toyota stopped making them in 1998, but not just because of the sporty 2003 Supra performance. Supra is well-known for combining standard racecar performance with a weight balance unusual for most sports cars, speculation ran wild as to what would be the design behind the 2003 Toyota Supra.A Car Of Legendary Proportions
The Toyota Supra has long be known for its unique, ever-changing body models. From the boxy, robotic zip-mobile Toyota Supras of the 1970s, to the elegantly-curved road-huggers of the 1990s, the Supra has been known to constantly surprise, without ever failing to delight consumers. Many wondered if the rumored 2003 Toyota Supra would resemble a car or an alien craft. When Toyota discontinued its popular line of Supras in 1998, many people were left without new versions of their favorite car. Combine this desire with simultaneously-run articles in 2001 - two popular car magazines ran articles claiming that the rumors of a new 2003 Toyota Supra model were true. It's no wonder rumors were flying.Whether you're a fan of the Toyota Supra's superior handling, or you've fallen in love with a Toyota Supra Twin Turbo, you know the feeling of excitement surrounding the possibility of new 2003 Toyota Supra models. For decades, Toyota would continue to unveil Supras that shocked and amazed fans and critics alike. Each successive Supra improved significantly on its predecessor - it's simple to imagine the huge buzz surrounding the speculated 2003 Toyota Supra.
