I really need some advise on how to make my car have more accelration and hp!!!! Please help!

2.2 Ecotec L4 - 140hp@5600 and 150ft-lb trq@4000
2.4L TwinCam L4 Z24 - 150hp@5600rpm and 155ft-lb trq@4400rpm

Now to boost any of it you can do many things....cold air intake, performance chips, exhaust system overhaul, stroke kit, turbo/supercharger, FI mods, Clutch/Flywheel mod (Manual trans)

Or you can just roll hard and drop a 305 small block in the engine compartment, its always fun watchin the guys with the rice burners picking up their jaws at the start line!
