LADYS AND GENTS I HAVE A QUESTION!!
how do we get local vendors to except PH discounts?
here in good ole socal there are quite a few tuner shops and i belive they are a untapped resource!
for example:
darkside motors in chatsworth ca
they have good prices and a good stock of performance parts.
if we tell them that we represent a web site that is willing to promote their shop on a local board in exchange for a group buy or standardized discount for ph socal members
we can give them a client base and advertise for them
they can provide the discount and still create new business
there are lots of tuner shops in the la, orange,and ventura counties as well as the san fernando valley
so my question to the mods/admin is...how do we get this set up if the forum majority can decide on a list of local vendors, will the admin/mods give us support and authority to approach the vendors?
stand up and be counted cali forum lets see if we can get this going!

Hey is Darkside a reliable place?I've only gone to Dynamic Design on Roscoe and Desoto. What about Charisma or OHC? Aite late.

yeah they're cool i've only used darkside and the same goes for most of my friends
i've never heard of those other places
i live in thousand oaks and darkside is the closest to me
but the idea holds for all local shops
if we can get a few heads together maybe we can get this shi goin

I highly doubt we can get much of a discount. As you can see, Import Tuning is really big right about now. The competition on each shop is intense that they will try to beat the other shop's price. So, in case u get a discount in a local shop, don't credit PH.com since we already are having a discount because of the huge number of Import Tuners...more customers mean more money even with a lil profit. It is not that I have something against PH.com discount, I just want to give the credit where it is due...ourselves :wave:

first discount should be the Koni Yellow $494.00 for set of 4? I know thret can get it for $400.00?! it was a long time ago tho', I dunno if he still got the skills...

have I told you that Mustang paid a price??? he got into an accident last friday :eek: and hours b4 that we have a conversation that goes a lil something like this:

stang continued drinking the night away and he left around 12mn; dropped his kids over at his home he got into an accident. hit the wall, spun on the on-ramp freeway and claimed somebody hit him (hit n run). I'm thinking, if he spun that much, don't you think the other car would spin too?! he's prolly drunk and dont wanna admit it was his fault :flipa:
