How do I change the dome light on the headliner?

Just open your owners manual to the light bulb section and it should have an illustration on how to change it. It should be very easy.

If you're wanting to change the bulb, all you have to do is put a flathead screwdriver in between the clear lens and the colored plastic and gently pry down, the cover should pop off. If you're wanting to change the whole thing, there are two more screws underneath the clear lens, so after you pop that off, remove the bulb, remove the screws, and disconnect the electrical connector. And voila! You're done.
